2026 Dragons’ Chamber

RideFair

RideFair shows small and medium fleets the money they are losing on the road, and helps them take it back.

A fleet of 10 to 200 vehicles is too big to plan on a whiteboard and too small for an enterprise system. So routes run on habit, and the cost in fuel, driver hours, maintenance and vehicle life goes unseen.

RideFair starts with what the fleet already has. One export of its GPS and dispatch records, about a month, with no hardware and nothing installed. RideFair replays that history and returns a number from the fleet’s own operations before anything changes. This first stage, Replay, is free. Shadow then runs beside the dispatcher on live data. Solved puts the recommendations to work.

Other tools ask a fleet to buy hardware or change how it dispatches, then trust an average from someone else’s trucks. RideFair shows the fleet its own number first.

Based in Kaohsiung, RideFair is working with its first partner fleets in Taiwan. It wants to meet fleet operators, the people who know them, and investors.

HerbalQi Systems

HerbalQi Systems is a Taiwan-based medical technology startup dedicated to bringing traditional Chinese medicine into modern healthcare through innovative, evidence-informed technology.

Founded on doctoral research and a published randomized controlled clinical trial investigating Chinese herbal fumigation steam therapy (CHFST) for knee osteoarthritis, HerbalQi was born from a simple observation: a promising traditional therapy remains difficult to deliver consistently, safely, and conveniently in modern clinical settings.

Our solution is HerbalQi, a compact medical device concept designed to deliver controlled, herbal-infused steam through standardized, prepackaged herbal pods. By simplifying treatment preparation, improving consistency, and reducing the complexity of conventional equipment, we aim to make this traditional therapeutic approach more accessible to healthcare practitioners and their patients.

We initially targeted Taiwan’s Chinese medicine clinics, with knee osteoarthritis as our first clinical focus, and are advancing toward functional prototyping, technical validation, and regulatory evaluation.

At HerbalQi Systems, our mission is straightforward: to bridge centuries of traditional medical knowledge with modern engineering, making established therapeutic practices more practical, standardized, and accessible for the future of healthcare.

ETO

ETO is a bilingual real estate platform that connects international residents in Taiwan with local agents and rental listings. Tenants can browse full agent portfolios in English, state what matters most to them, and choose which homes to view. Tenants receive onboarding, education, and smart matching.
Presences are translated for the agent, so both sides work from the same information.

For agents, ETO is a workflow tool. It covers listing management, client matching, booking and CRM in one place.

ETO also works with companies and relocation firms that need reliable housing for foreign staff. It serves university students, teachers, short-term renters and corporate employees across Taiwan.

The long-term goal is to give Taiwan’s rental market a shared listing standard and a data cooperation layer, providing much needed infrastructure for the industry.

Organizers

Founded in 2016, Dragons’ Chamber is Taiwan’s only pitch event for foreign entrepreneurs. Starting a business is always a very hard task but doing it in a foreign country is many times harder.

Comparing Taiwan to countries like the US, Canada and the UK we can learn that the rate of entrepreneurship among immigrants living in Taiwan is relatively low. Considering that over half of US unicorns are co-founded by an immigrant, Taiwan has a lot to win by engaging with the talent already living in Taiwan or about to relocate. Dragons’ Chamber works to give mentorship and exposure to the best of the immigrant entrepreneurs.

Canadian Chamber of Commerce Taiwan

The Canadian Chamber has grown from an organization providing basic support to Canadians on the island, to a Chamber serving the needs of all Canadians and friends of Canada in Taiwan. In 1984, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan was officially registered with the Ministry of the Interior as a foreign association – the first of its kind in Taiwan.

The CCCT’s Small Business Network’s goal is to connect small business owners in Taiwan. Through the Dragons’ Chamber, which is the first event of its kind in Taiwan, we aim to connect small business owners and entrepreneurs with industry leaders in Taiwan that are looking for good business ideas.
